目前,對于如何有效增強EPS板與外墻基面的整體粘結強度,如何解決門窗洞口角部橫豎接縫、節省材料、提高工效,怎樣處理各種預留孔洞的封閉保護問題,怎樣解決弧形墻面(陽臺)EPS板的粘貼施工方法等問題倍受大家關注。事實上,國內外對EPS板粘貼外墻保溫的施工工藝采用的都是“平面粘貼”方法,這種施工工藝就是在EPS板的表面抹上聚合物粘結膠漿,然后貼在外墻基面上,要求抹膠面積要占EPS板的30~40%。這種工藝雖然可以達到規定標準,保證板自身處于正風壓時的粘結強度,但是一旦處于負風壓的頻振狀態下,就有可能從EPS板粘貼表面一側被撕裂。為什么會出現此類情況,因為EPS板與墻體基面粘貼后,其外墻的表面所承受的受力都集中到了板的表皮上,而30~40%粘貼面積就是受力被破壞的薄弱環節。換句話說,無論粘結膠漿固化后再堅硬,也只是粘了一層表皮。因為聚苯板的材料質量很軟,分子單體強度差,很容易在受力狀況下被破壞。普遍采用的補救措施是用錨栓加固,該做法對墻體基面有一定的要求。比如加氣砼和珍珠巖等低強度類的砌塊不能使用。另外,在增加了錨栓后,將大大增加材料造價和人工造價,也增加了施工難度和復雜性。
怎樣解決這個技術難題呢?
從力(li)學方(fang)面分析,如果把苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)皮(pi)受(shou)力(li)傳遞為(wei)苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti)受(shou)力(li),就可以轉移表(biao)皮(pi)受(shou)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)薄弱環節,將(jiang)平面受(shou)力(li)變成立(li)體(ti)(ti)受(shou)力(li),增(zeng)加(jia)了苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)整體(ti)(ti)對(dui)外(wai)(wai)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)吸收和(he)消減(jian),就能有效增(zeng)加(jia)苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)與外(wai)(wai)墻的(de)(de)(de)粘(zhan)(zhan)結(jie)強度。從“平面粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)”改用(yong)“立(li)體(ti)(ti)粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),可以改變EPS板(ban)(ban)粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)平面的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)力(li)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)。經(jing)過計算,平均增(zeng)加(jia)粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)面積約25%,可增(zeng)強EPS板(ban)(ban)與外(wai)(wai)墻的(de)(de)(de)抗拉伸、抗壓剪(jian)強度,這是一種(zhong)簡單易行、效果顯著(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法(fa)。采用(yong)“立(li)體(ti)(ti)粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)”施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),用(yong)最(zui)簡單的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)對(dui)EPS板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)表(biao)面進行機(ji)械處理,粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)后,在粘(zhan)(zhan)貼(tie)(tie)(tie)(tie)墻體(ti)(ti)基面形成每(mei)平米幾百個直(zhi)徑約5mm,長(chang)約5mm的(de)(de)(de)小水泥膠釘,釘帽(mao)牢牢抓住EPS板(ban)(ban),每(mei)個膠釘形成一個獨立(li)的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)力(li)體(ti)(ti),它即能分散(san)和(he)消減(jian)對(dui)苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)作用(yong)力(li),又能增(zeng)加(jia)外(wai)(wai)墻體(ti)(ti)基面對(dui)苯(ben)(ben)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)粘(zhan)(zhan)結(jie)拉力(li)。
目前門(men)窗洞口(kou)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu)(bu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)普(pu)遍采用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝是200mm以內EPS板(ban)(ban)不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)(xu)留有橫豎(shu)接(jie)縫(feng),目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是防(fang)止受到外部(bu)(bu)環境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)變化影響的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中,角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)縫(feng)出現開裂。從理論上講,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)藝要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)是正確的(de)(de)(de)(de),但(dan)在實(shi)際施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中,確有許(xu)(xu)多(duo)難為之處。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)時(shi),按板(ban)(ban)塊順序粘(zhan)貼,門(men)窗的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu)(bu)基本都要(yao)(yao)遇到橫豎(shu)接(jie)縫(feng)。如(ru)按要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)將(jiang)門(men)窗角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)苯板(ban)(ban)預(yu)先裁200mm缺(que)口(kou)貼好,然后再貼其余部(bu)(bu)位(wei),則必須用(yong)(yong)小塊板(ban)(ban)拼(pin)貼。這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)做法(fa)雖然角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu)(bu)沒有橫豎(shu)接(jie)縫(feng)了(le),卻在其余部(bu)(bu)位(wei)留下(xia)了(le)許(xu)(xu)多(duo)接(jie)縫(feng),嚴重(zhong)地破壞(huai)了(le)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)層的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)效果。因為邊(bian)(bian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)拼(pin)貼,裁下(xia)來各種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)各樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)苯板(ban)(ban)邊(bian)(bian)角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)被收撿回(hui)來再利用(yong)(yong),也會(hui)留下(xia)許(xu)(xu)多(duo)接(jie)縫(feng),操作工(gong)(gong)人也嫌(xian)耗費工(gong)(gong)時(shi)不(bu)愿用(yong)(yong)。如(ru)不(bu)撿回(hui)利用(yong)(yong),就會(hui)造成苯板(ban)(ban)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)浪費。所(suo)以,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方法(fa)不(bu)但(dan)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)損耗,也增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度(du),最終增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合造價(jia)。
解決這(zhe)個問題的(de)(de)關鍵可(ke)分(fen)兩步,首先是(shi)(shi)施工中盡量(liang)少(shao)(shao)裁苯板(ban)、減少(shao)(shao)拼貼,避免浪費。其次就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)消(xiao)除(chu)門窗洞(dong)口角部(bu)產生的(de)(de)不(bu)同橫(heng)豎(shu)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng),只有消(xiao)除(chu)了(le)(le)這(zhe)些接縫(feng)(feng)(feng),才能防止(zhi)將(jiang)來可(ke)能造成(cheng)的(de)(de)開(kai)裂。消(xiao)除(chu)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)辦法(fa)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)將(jiang)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)粘結牢固(gu)(gu)形成(cheng)一個整(zheng)體(ti)。經過多次研究和試驗,可(ke)以選(xuan)用聚(ju)(ju)氨(an)脂(zhi)做粘結苯板(ban)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)粘結材料。作(zuo)為保溫(wen)材料使用的(de)(de)聚(ju)(ju)氨(an)脂(zhi)泡(pao)沫塑(su)料,在未催(cui)化反應之前(qian)的(de)(de)狀態是(shi)(shi)一種多元有機(ji)異氰酸(suan)酯(zhi)的(de)(de)液體(ti),狀如蜂蜜,經過催(cui)化反應,體(ti)積膨脹30多倍,幾分(fen)鐘后固(gu)(gu)化形成(cheng)具(ju)有獨立封閉微(wei)小泡(pao)孔的(de)(de)泡(pao)沫塑(su)料。聚(ju)(ju)氨(an)脂(zhi)的(de)(de)各項(xiang)性能指標均優于聚(ju)(ju)苯,利用聚(ju)(ju)氨(an)脂(zhi)未發(fa)(fa)泡(pao)前(qian)的(de)(de)液體(ti)流態,注入聚(ju)(ju)苯板(ban)的(de)(de)橫(heng)豎(shu)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)中,在發(fa)(fa)泡(pao)過程中,既填(tian)補了(le)(le)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)隙,又產生較強的(de)(de)粘結力,使苯板(ban)泡(pao)沫的(de)(de)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)粘結成(cheng)整(zheng)體(ti),然后在進行抹面施工,避免了(le)(le)窗口角部(bu)接縫(feng)(feng)(feng)開(kai)裂。
從經濟價(jia)格分析,聚(ju)(ju)氨脂(zhi)比聚(ju)(ju)苯泡沫(mo)價(jia)格高,但(dan)在施工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)中,只需(xu)要很少(shao)一點,既節(jie)(jie)省苯板,又節(jie)(jie)省工(gong)時,提(ti)高了工(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率。此外,聚(ju)(ju)氨脂(zhi)還可以(yi)注(zhu)入(ru)不(bu)牢固的(de)苯板縫隙和修補裂縫。聚(ju)(ju)氨脂(zhi)材料可以(yi)選擇(ze)單(dan)組份的(de)聚(ju)(ju)氨脂(zhi)泡沫(mo)填縫劑,利(li)用(yong)噴槍(qiang)插入(ru)縫隙中進行(xing)發泡粘(zhan)結(jie),噴槍(qiang)用(yong)完(wan)(wan)后必須用(yong)專用(yong)清洗(xi)劑清洗(xi)。注(zhu)入(ru)發泡時間應選擇(ze)苯板貼完(wan)(wan)以(yi)后,抹面貼網之前。最好一次連續作(zuo)業(ye),全部注(zhu)完(wan)(wan),盡(jin)量(liang)減少(shao)清洗(xi)次數,節(jie)(jie)省清洗(xi)劑。
外(wai)墻保(bao)(bao)溫的(de)EPS泡沫板(ban)在(zai)完工后必須做到全封閉保(bao)(bao)護(hu)。但是,各(ge)種預留孔洞,包(bao)括空調(diao)管、天燃氣管、穿線管等(deng)因(yin)直徑較小,施工中難以(yi)有效(xiao)處理(li)孔經內面,即無(wu)法抹膠漿保(bao)(bao)護(hu),也(ye)無(wu)法內襯網格布。處理(li)不好,EPS板(ban)受到破(po)壞,直接影響外(wai)墻保(bao)(bao)溫系(xi)統的(de)質量(liang)和整體使用(yong)年(nian)限。
在施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)中,根(gen)據預留(liu)(liu)孔洞(dong)(dong)要求可以做(zuo)(zuo)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)保(bao)護處理。首先,在EPS板粘貼完工(gong)后,對外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)做(zuo)(zuo)打磨整平處理同(tong)(tong)時,按(an)設計要求,將預留(liu)(liu)孔洞(dong)(dong)用鉆孔器打通,孔洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)壁(bi)要求整齊干凈,符合設計尺(chi)寸要求,不(bu)能亂(luan)掏亂(luan)挖。按(an)照不(bu)同(tong)(tong)要求,選擇內(nei)襯材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)。一般普(pu)通孔洞(dong)(dong)可以利用PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)做(zuo)(zuo)內(nei)襯,特殊要求的孔洞(dong)(dong)可以選擇薄壁(bi)鐵(tie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(或鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan))做(zuo)(zuo)內(nei)襯,鐵(tie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)必須(xu)做(zuo)(zuo)內(nei)外(wai)防銹處理。同(tong)(tong)時,將所需的PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(或鐵(tie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan))按(an)要求尺(chi)寸鋸(ju)好(hao)(hao)(hao)備用,其(qi)長(chang)度等于(yu)保(bao)溫層厚(hou)度加上(shang)50~70mm,待保(bao)溫外(wai)墻薄抹面(mian)(mian)層完全固(gu)化后,把(ba)預留(liu)(liu)孔洞(dong)(dong)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)網(wang)布按(an)“米”字型剪開。再把(ba)鋸(ju)好(hao)(hao)(hao)的PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)從外(wai)孔向內(nei)壓(ya)入。壓(ya)入時必須(xu)把(ba)網(wang)布壓(ya)在PVC管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)側。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)頭壓(ya)入(低于(yu))外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)5mm左右,用粘結膠漿把(ba)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)口(kou)封(feng)好(hao)(hao)(hao)。經過(guo)這種施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)方(fang)法處理的預留(liu)(liu)孔洞(dong)(dong),能很好(hao)(hao)(hao)的保(bao)護EPS板保(bao)溫層。其(qi)方(fang)法簡單,美觀實用,所用PV管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)如采用安裝下水管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)剩余材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao),還可以節省部分開支。
